How to book
1. Select the course or menu item you would like.
2. Select your preferred date and time.
3. Select your age group.
4. Please read the cancellation policy and the notes on treatments.
5. Tick the consent boxes.
6. Press the “Proceed to booking” button.
7. Enter your name, e-mail address and phone number to complete the booking.
Once your booking is complete, we will send an e-mail titled “Your booking details and visit information” to the address you entered. Please check the details and keep the e-mail safe.

Until 23:59, 3 days before your appointment, you can change or cancel the date and time yourself on this booking page. After that, please contact us by phone, e-mail or via our official LINE.
No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters, severe weather or public-transport suspensions. For same-day rescheduling, the salon may waive the fee at its discretion.
If you are running late, please let us know as early as possible. If you arrive late, we will provide your session within the time remaining before the original scheduled end time. If very little time remains, we may be unable to provide your session. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, the full price (100%) of your booked services will still apply, whether or not you have contacted us in advance.
As a rule, the cancellation fee is paid at your next visit.
For menu items marked “〜”, the cancellation fee is based on the minimum price (amounts under one yen are rounded down).
Health If you are unwell, for example with a fever, please contact us to reschedule.
Skin, scalp and ear condition If the scalp, the area around the face, or the ears and the surrounding skin are inflamed, injured or very itchy, we may ask you to refrain from the treatment.
